Great customer service!

After having issues making gummies with a new bag of Kids Defense we emailed Revitalize Wellness to see if there had been any changes to the formula that would cause our issue. Not only did they answer our question, they sent us two gummy kits to replace what we lost. Great customer service!

Replacement Order

Received the wrong order but customer service was phenomenal!
I received a quick and friendly response to my email and was even told to keep the product I originally received along with my replacement. I was overly impressed at the level professionalism and kindness I shown by customer service.

My order was sent back due to insufficient mailing address (my fault!) And it was resent to a new address quickly and my family are benefitting greatly from the products.

Great customer service

I placed my order back in November 2020, and understood shipping would take a while with the holidays and COVID affecting shipping delays. My package was lost in transit, and when I contacted customer service they were quick to send out a replacement, which got to me within the week.
