I placed two orders in early March '20. The second part of the 2nd order didn't arrive. Revitalize responded to every query I made about it immediately. After some delay notices and some web site issues were resolved, not only did I receive my second order, but because of the delays Revitalize waived both the charge for the product and the shipping charges. And all that happened with enthusiasm and concern for me. I am a very happy and grateful customer.
