I placed an order during a big sale knowing that it could be 5 weeks before it was shipped. I received a shipping confirmation about 4 weeks after, and then USPS lost it. I reached out via email 6 weeks after I placed my order, received a quick response, my replacement order was sent right out, and this time USPS delivered it.
Customer service was fast in responding and replacing my lost item. I am really impressed!
