I was excited to try out this product. My first package arrived damaged. The company promptly replaced it! They make their supplements with quality ingredients and back it with superb customer service.

Replacement

I live in a condo building. We have a shared mailbox of about 16 boxes. I had an issue with a delivery, it said it was delivered but I never received it. After asking a few of my neighbors, speaking with our mail lady, the post office, and Marisa, I had just decided to chalk it up as a loss. I understood that it said β€œdelivered” to everyone, so it clearly looked like, on paper, that I had received it. After exhausting all options, Marisa went even further for me and sent a replacement. We’ve bought from this company many times before. We swear by their products, and now by their amazing customer service as well.

Fantastic customer care

I placed an order during a big sale knowing that it could be 5 weeks before it was shipped. I received a shipping confirmation about 4 weeks after, and then USPS lost it. I reached out via email 6 weeks after I placed my order, received a quick response, my replacement order was sent right out, and this time USPS delivered it.
