You may occasionally notice a slight variation in flavor and/or color, because we only use organic fruits in our products, this is due to changing seasons and availability of organic fruits.

Delivered Orders We no longer replace orders that show "delivered" to the address given. USPS will not compensate for packages stolen or mis-delivered so make sure you provide us with a safe and accurate address.

Returned to Sender Unfortunately USPS does not allow us to reuse labels for packages returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address. If your order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply. 

International Orders Additional customs and import fees may apply. Revitalize Wellness is not responsible for any duties incurred. 

Returns & Refunds Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds - if there is an issue with your order please email us and give us a chance to provide resolution. 

Damaged Product Satisfaction Guarantee If your product(s) arrived damaged, please keep the damaged shipping envelope/box, email us with pictures and your order number within 3 [business] days of delivery. We will begin the process of replacement.
