Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We've recently updated our international shipping to include taxes and duties for Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU and several other countries. You will see the shipping options when you checkout. While we do ship to other countries, please note that additional taxes and duties upon parcel arrival are beyond RW's control.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within a speedy 1-2 business days.

What are your shipping options?

Revitalize Wellness currently offers shipping via USPS and UPS.Additionally, we provide free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States totaling over $100.

Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?

Due to our quick shipping process, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once they've been placed. Please review your order carefully before processing.

Do you offer refunds?

No, refunds are not available due to the nature of our products.

Something in my shipment was damaged. How do I proceed?

If you've received a damaged item, please email our customer service at Support@revitalizewellness.com, and we'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed promptly! Please save all packaging as photos of it will be required to process claims.

If I've entered the wrong shipping address or my package was returned due to an incorrect address, what steps should I follow to correct the situation?

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, promptly reach out to our customer support to rectify it - Marisa@revitalizewellness.org. If the package has already been shipped, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs upon its return to us. If you fail to respond to our address update requests on returned packages and cover the reshipping fee within 30 days, your order will be refunded; however, shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

How do I change my subscription?

Subscribing to our products is a convenient way to get your favorites delivered. To modify or cancel future shipments, simply log in to your Revitalize Wellness account. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot refund it.

Are your products kid-friendly?

Virtually all our products are suitable for the whole family! Refer to specific product information for recommended dosages.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our dry goods have a minimum shelf life of 2 years (from date of purchase) when stored in a dark and dry place. Liposomal products are recommended for use within 45 days of opening. Unopened they have an 18-month shelf life.

Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Check each product's description for compatibility with your diet.

Do you use synthetic dyes?

No, we don't. The color in our blends comes from organic fruit and herb powders.

Do you add sweeteners?

Some products contain small amounts of stevia (from crushed leaves) and fructose (Chewables), clearly stated on the label and in the product description. We also offer several sweetener-free options!
