One of my items came damaged. Even though it had been several days since receiving my order and noticing its damage, the customer service team was kind and quick to help me remedy the situation!
I received my box that just so happened to be opened with items missing and others damaged. I immediately reached out to the Revitalize Wellness and within minutes had a response back from them. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I received the damaged and lost items quickly. They continued to check in and respond quickly through the process.
