Almost everything here at Revitalize Wellness is made fresh to order, because of this, during flu season and sales, shipping can be delayed up to four weeks*

Delivered Orders We no longer replace orders that show "delivered" to the address given. USPS will not compensate for packages stolen or mis-delivered so make sure you provide us with a safe and accurate address.

Returned to Sender Unfortunately USPS does not allow us to reuse labels for packages returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address. If your order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply. 

International Orders Additional customs and import fees may apply. Revitalize Wellness is not responsible for any duties incurred. ***Due to the COVID Pandemic, international shipping to some countries may be temporarily suspended***

Returns & Refunds Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds - if there is an issue with your order please email us and give us a chance to provide resolution. 

Damaged Product Satisfaction Guarantee If your product(s) arrived damaged, please email us with pictures and your order number within 30 days of delivery, we will replace damaged items.
