Dosing Instructions
Take 4 tablespoons daily. When the body is ill or under stress, take up to 8 tablespoons a day.

Pregnant/Breastfeeding: Take 8 tablespoons daily.

This really works

I just finished my first bag of chocolate, and I can tell a great difference. My nails grow like weeds, and my hair is much healthier. I mix this in a protein shake with PB2....it is delicious.

So far, excellent!

So far I’m loving it! Once I used a shaker to mix it in it mixed up great. Flavor is good, not to sweet but also not bitter. I can’t wait to continue using to see what I notice different!

Chocolate powder

I have used a lot of different collagen powders on the market. This one is on the bit again list. It is very chocolaty in flavor. Mixes well but it does settle so you need to be sure to mix it as you drink. I drink it in a blended coffee drink (instant coffee, ice, milk and sometimes peanut butter powder). I would recommend.
