Suggested Use:

Pro-tip: We find these powders are best blended using a Frother 
Dosing Guidelines: 1 teaspoon for children ages 3-5. 2 teaspoons for children ages 6-10. 1-3 doses per day is acceptable however recommended only at nap or bedtime.

I LOVE adding Dream Defense to my morning coffee. I know that sounds contradictory~caffeine and dreams~ but it adds so much yumminess! It's my favorite part of the morning!

I was truly surprised by how tasty this hot chocolate is! I can taste the stevia just a bit but appreciate that it's not loaded with sugar ir fillers... and it has nutritional value!

My girls LOVE this powder! I’m surprised it doesn’t taste tangy at all with the vitamins in it. It tastes just like a semi sweet cocoa powder. I usually mix in some raw milk with a little more organic chocolate syrup and they don’t even know it isn’t just chocolate milk!
