Suggested Use:
Mixed in your choice of milk (hot or cold)

Pro-tip: We find these powders are best blended using a Frother 
Dosing Guidelines: 1 teaspoon for children ages 3-5. 2 teaspoons for children ages 6-10. 1-3 doses per day is acceptable however recommended only at nap or bedtime.
